In this review I will tell you about my impressions of UPONE disposables, released by Ald under the Upends brand.

The smell can only be described as piercing and penetrating, the smell of citrus begins immediately after opening the transparent package, and then the concentration of orange flavor in the air does not even seem to fall. The taste is to match, on the first inhale it is red and juicy orange, smoothly blending during a deep puff with exotic flavors of passion fruit and almost insusceptible guava. On the exhale almost nothing changes, but in the aftertaste the same guava gives a pleasant softness on top of the sour freshness of the first two fruits. As for the overall sweetness, it is present here, but not too much, I would say, moderate.

What I always miss in any variation of the pina colada cocktail is the alcohol. Without the distinctive rum flavor, you’ll just get some semblance of it and nothing more. In this case, there was no miracle either. No, it tasted good, but not authentic. On the inhale and deep puff, sweet and sour pineapple dominates, a little later the first impression is smoothed out by the softness of coconut milk and a slight coldness in the aftertaste. In the end, it all reminds of an interesting mix of juices, but without the alcoholic component – alas, not a real cocktail in any way. Good, tasty, enjoyable, but the name doesn’t quite do justice to the contents.

Upends UPONE – Cherry Lemon Peach

The flavor of this disposable has a piercing cherry flavor, so concentrated that a little more and the smell could be called too dense. The flavor on the inhale makes your receptors believe that you’ve got ripe cherry berries and a slice of lemon in your mouth. Almost to the point of releasing saliva from the sourness. A deep inhale dilutes the first impression with a soft peach tinge that opens up even more on the exhale. The aftertaste is again sour and cherry. In general, such a mix is the first time in my memory to be found in a single-dose vape and it is really cool! I highly recommend it.

The flavor of the vapor is grassy and tart-sour, somewhat similar to pineapple, but radically different from it. The flavor on the inhale is unusual and sour, with a heavy emphasis on passion fruit. Though there are echoes of kiwi on the exhale, and the softness of guava is more evident in the aftertaste. Overall, this is quite an exotic mix that will delight your receptors, especially if you are a fan of sour flavors.

If odor is the main thing for you in vaping, but here you will be a little disappointed. The flavor of all the components of this mix is easy to catch, but it’s a bit “fuzzy” and “watery”. But there are no complaints about the taste: during a puff you will clearly feel sour pineapple, during a deep puff ripe mango will be added to the sensations, and on exhalation the bouquet of flavor will be supplemented with sweet and soft peach. Additionally, during the inhale and aftertaste, you will get a light and unobtrusive coldness, which does not freeze the lungs, but only pleasantly refreshes. Almost perfect for hot weather.

Sweet but not cloying, the strawberry flavor is nicely offset by the equally sweet banana flavor. On the inhale, milk notes slip into the flavor, while on the exhale the vapor becomes a bit drier and the sensation is more reminiscent of jam or syrup on top of ice cream. The flavor of the vapor is pleasant and unobtrusive. This one-time vaporizer with a classic combination of flavors is perfect for fans of confectionery, as well as just for vaping for every day.

The smell is just sweet, with a slight hint of citrus notes. The flavor is piercingly sugary on the inhale, and just as intense during the exhale and aftertaste. The coldness is present, but not piercingly Malaysian, but rather minty and refreshing. Frankly speaking, this flavor did not impress me, perhaps because I am not a big cotton candy fan and subconsciously expected a much higher concentration of cooler.
