Review of Urban Mode disposables

Today I’d like to introduce regular readers and not only readers to a disposable electronic vaporizer called Urban Mode.

As in most cases, this thing comes in a cardboard box of bright monochrome design (by the way, it is by the color shade that you can guess the flavor at least a little bit). The front part shows the device itself, has the brand name and a description of the flavor, the number of puffs. On the sides there are images of certificates, marking 21+, also the number of puffs is duplicated here and the strength is indicated (in this case 2.0%, that is 20 mg/mL of salt nicotine). On the back side of the box we are met with detailed information: the manufacturer of Urban Mode from China (Shenzhen Zun Yi Pin Technology CO, LTD), specification (about it below), composition, recommendations for storage and use, date of manufacture and expiration date.

After opening the box, you get a branded bag sealed from all sides (you must agree – quite a reliable protection against the first opening), inside of which lies the vaporizer itself.

Appearance of Urban Mode disposables

This is a classic penstyle that can easily fit in your hand or pocket. canadian vape shop The air duct opening, as well as the entire bottom part (responsible for the air supply), is protected by a silicone plug, preventing the ingress of dust/dirt or liquid leaks. The upper part has a comfortable mouthpiece, which is anatomically more pleasant to use. The body of the device is covered with something similar to soft-touch, so the tactile sensation during use is pleasant.

Urban Mode single-use vaporizer operation indicator

At the bottom of the device there is a white-colored LED, which starts to glow when puffing.

Features of the Urban Mode

As for the specifications and usage. The specifications are as follows:

Device type: disposable (non-rechargeable and non-refillable) electronic vaporizer

Built-in battery capacity: 1000 mAh

Liquid volume: 4.5 ml

Internal coil resistance: 1.4 ohms

Liquid strength: 2.0% (20 mg/mL salt nicotine)

Number of puffs (estimated): 1800

As many may have already guessed, the device starts triggering automatically at the beginning of puffing (there are no buttons, everything is intuitive and to some extent comparable to the “analog”). And now about flavors.

Flavors of Urban Mode disposables

Inside each disposable is a rechargeable battery containing lithium, a chemically active alkaline metal. Such batteries should not be disposed of with household garbage, but should be recycled or disposed of in a special recycling center.

Urban Mode – Watermelon Lemonade Ice.

You can feel the ice right away. Noble, not too frozen in the mouth. Afterwards, there is a pleasant and juicy watermelon, moderately ripe and a bit unnaturally sweet. Maybe a bit “over-aromatic”, but quite refreshing in the summer heat.

Urban Mode – Orange Soda Ice

The second device in turn – and at once a fatal situation: at the first puff a huge amount of liquid got into the mouth, and the white light bulb did not light up. Conclusion – manufacturing defect. It’s a shame…

Urban Mode – Banana Split Ice

Very sweet banana. Very sweet! The flavor is similar to either banana ice cream or some kind of chocolate-banana dessert. And in principle, it is not bad in itself, but it is too rich: the sweetness literally enters into the receptors, which is not the most pleasant fact. Yes, and there was no ice detected.

Urban Mode – Pineapple Ice

The first thing that comes to mind is yes, it’s pineapple. Then there is a dilemma in my head: is this fruit more natural or is it a canned fruit? No, it’s still more natural, with a nice tropical echo. Both the “pineapple-ness” and the cool cooler are in abundance here, we can recommend it.

Urban Mode – Strawberry Ice Cream

Just a great berry! Persistent strawberry flavor, nice soft vanilla, good echo of creamy ice cream – it’s all here. And you don’t even need any cooling effect, because the mix turned out to be worthy and complete.

Urban Mode – Tutti-Frutti

This one is a flavor mystery. Even though the box shows marmalade (or monpacier) – it’s obviously not them. Here is a real berry hodgepodge of everything: there is both sweetness and sourness, and a pleasant coldness in the end. I don’t even really want to sort out the components, you just have to take it and enjoy a really pleasant summer flavor.

Urban Mode – Cinnamon Mint

This pairing is new to me. In fact, in my hand was a stick of bubble gum flavor with peppermint. The flavor is a bit smeared, as if the liquid was made, as they say, after sleeves. But, in general, it has a place if you want something unsaturated and uncomplicated.

Urban Mode – Pistachio

Alas, I managed to feel only slightly the flavor of pistachios from the open bag (inside it was a bit wet because of spilled liquid). And so – a repeat of the story with the “orange device”, this stick refused to work.

Urban Mode – Caramel Popcorn

There’s no doubt about it, this is popcorn. Toasted, a little buttery, a little doused with a bit of heavy caramel. It is interesting that in this flavor the air corn is very detailed – the similarity to the original is even striking in some moments. If you are a fan of this “friend of the movie theater”, I think you will appreciate the taste on its own merit.

Urban Mode – Vanilla Cappuccino.

Already by the aroma from the silicone cap it became clear that this is not a cappuccino. The flavor is pure Americano, and with a rather bright bitterness.
