Review of Disposable WAKA SLAM 2300 from Relx

In this review, I’ll tell you about WAKA SLAM disposable 2300 puffs, produced by Zovoo at the request of RELX.

WAKA SLAM packaging

Disposable WAKA SLAM will fall into your hands packed in large cardboard boxes. If you take a closer look at the packaging, you will notice an image of a disposable product, technical specifications next to the name of the flavor, legal information and a large inscription against a collage background, which together will tell you what is inside. Localization in Russian is almost complete; only individual words, the essence of which is already clear, remain untranslated.

Inside the box there will be only a disposable dispenser, placed in a transparent single-opening bag and protected from dust by a silicone stopper in the mouthpiece. canadian vape shop edmonton Another protection against accidental activation is located on the bottom and is a banal transparent sticker with a bright red label for quick opening.

However, do not rush to throw away the box. Inside you will find an insert sheet that contains all the information that does not fit on the outside of the package. The usefulness of this small text is relatively debatable, but the law requires it.

Constructive

The appearance of WAKA SLAM may seem familiar, especially to those who follow new products in the world of vaping. And if it seems to you that you have already seen this somewhere, then you don’t think so. One has only to look at the name of the manufacturer, and everything will instantly fall into place (DRAGBAR 2200 from ZOVOO). Nevertheless, the product is original, made specifically for our market, and therefore we will ignore the similarity to other models and take a closer look.

The body is completely plastic, which has a beneficial effect on the weight; the thing is light and at the same time durable. The colored plastic of most of the body is covered on top with a thin layer of transparent, which makes the device seem a little smaller than it actually is.

Inside, occupying more than half the volume, there is a tank filled with liquid and padding polyester, in it there is an evaporator on a grid, next to it is a battery, and at the very bottom there is a tightening sensor and an LED indicating that the device is working. There are no options to turn it on/off, adjust the airflow intensity or charge the device. We have a stick in full accordance with the main idea – to be disposable.

Testing and tastes of WAKA SLAM

You can compare the dimensions of the device with a regular AA battery in the photo above.

Inside each disposable device there is a battery containing a reactive alkali metal – lithium. Such batteries should not be thrown away with household waste, but should be taken for recycling or special disposal.

WAKA SLAM – FRESH GUAVA

The smell of guava is bright and even slightly sourer than the real fruit, but it seems juicier and fresher. The inhale taste is sweet and sour, with a noticeable chill. The guava is visible under the waves of lemon juice, fresh and completely without any bitterness from the zest. The deep breath is rich and bright, even colder than at first and even more sour. During exhalation, an explosion of emotions occurs in the sensations; guava comes to the fore, crushing with its softness both the cold from the cooler and the acid from the lemon. The aftertaste is long, bright and punchy. You will definitely remember this taste, I recommend trying it.

WAKA SLAM – WAKA PUNCH

The strange and incomprehensible name hides a fruit punch made from watermelon, apples and kiwi. The aroma, however, completely ignores the latter and brings to you solely the tones of watermelon in the foreground and apples in the background. The inhale taste is soft and velvety; apple and kiwi create a slightly sour and delicate taste, diluted with moderate coolness in the deep puff. Watermelon and sweetness come together during exhalation, but in no way hide other fruits and coldness behind them. The finish is soft and long, with a sour sparkle at the very end and a base tone of watermelon pulp.

WAKA SLAM – RED FIRE

The smell is not the most understandable; it is something between raspberry candy and wild berry drink. The taste when inhaling seems piercingly minty and a healthy dose of cooler only enhances the initial sensations. A deep breath strikes you with just a huge amount of sweetness, through which the berry flavor barely breaks through, as it seemed to me, viburnum. As you exhale, doubts dissipate and at the same time, along with the taste of sweet candy, a pleasantly bitter berry appears on your tongue. The aftertaste is long, very sweet and even somewhat reminiscent of an energy drink.

WAKA SLAM – BANANA COCONUT

The aroma is similar to pina colada, only much colder and without hints of the alcoholic component in the form of rum. When you inhale steam from this one-time use for the first time, try to restrain yourself. If you’re not used to it, the cold blow will be very sensitive! You will have to take a couple of moderate breaths, steam a little, and only then fully enjoy the taste. Banana and coconut are intertwined together, bringing out their best sides and hiding their worst. The taste turned out to be juicy and bright, without distortions into “astringent” or “stuck between the teeth”; both components are felt as equal. There are no candy shades as such during exhalation either, although overall it seems sweet. The aftertaste is the only part where the banana unconditionally takes over all the attention of the taste buds.

Personal impressions

Very juicy! It is bright, powerful, but without over-aroma. Excellent balance of flavors. The only thing I can complain about is that there is too much cooler in places. It would be adequate in the summer, but not entirely appropriate in the fall. I don’t even want to think about what will happen in winter. For myself, I leave vaping WAKA SLAM at home, because they definitely won’t survive until summer. I’ll have it vaped it earlier.
