Review of Eleaf Lychee – the same Cubis, only in profile.

I have already told you about the Cubis tank and about many other tanks that are made in its likeness. This time Eleaf distinguished themselves and made their own cube-like tank, called Lychee, which is a sub-bomb tank with top airflow, which has replaceable evaporators, one of which with a notch coil inside, and a serviceable base.

Eleaf Lychee

The tank is very cute, pleasant and compact in appearance; I probably can’t find more words. There is a steel version with green orings and an all-black version that looks quite versatile.

Unlike Cubis, you can replace the glass and, perhaps, this is the first advantage over Cubis. canadian vape shop edmonton When disassembled, the tank consists of many parts, which you can see in the picture below:

The Reaper plus style tank is refilled via a side opening at the top of the tank which is opened by turning a ring. The hole size is not that big, but you shouldn’t have any big problems. The tank volume is 4 ml, which is quite a decent indicator for such a little thing.

The tank has 2 maintenance-free coils and a serviceable base. The first two are made of 315 steel, a dual coil at 0.25 ohm (40-60 w) and a Notch coil, which needs no introduction, made of 316L steel at 0.25 ohm (40-60 w). The RBA base is not included, but you can purchase it separately for a relatively small amount.

The RBA base consists of 2 stands with 2 holes, into which a klepton will fit. Cotton wool is inserted into the grooves and the whole thing is covered with a dome. The base isn’t perfect, but it’s certainly better than the Cubis.

The airflow is from the top and very unusual. It is unusual because it is almost invisible, for you I even specially circled it in a red square: D Such airflow will first of all protect you from leaks, which is an important indicator for the tank. It is adjusted by turning the adjustment ring.

The standard package includes the tank itself, 1 maintenance-free notchcoil and 1 dualcoil, 2 spare orings and instructions. There is also a package that includes a serviced base. But you can buy it separately if you suddenly realize that you need it.

Thus, we get just a super awesome tank that is better suited for beginner vapers, especially thanks to the notch coil”rsquo;y, and if you want to try yourself as a beginner coilbuilder, then you will need to spend a small amount and you will have an RBA base (or buy a set right away with it), at a minimum, it all looks very convenient. All this is complemented by convenient refilling and a large volume for such a small tank. The cost of a full set is about 25 dollars (20 for the tank and 5 for the RBA base)
