Review of Vaporesso GTX ONE Kit

We cannot say that the global community has successfully defeated the coronavirus, but at least the quarantine in many countries has been somewhat relaxed. And one of the first countries where the quarantine was relaxed was China, which is practically the home of 90% of vape devices. As soon as Chinese manufacturers got an opportunity to launch production, they immediately began to present their novelties on a mass scale. And Vaporesso has already managed to please vapers with new devices, and the company does not stop (apparently, during the quarantine the developers worked closely remotely). To complete the range of new products the company decided a small starter kit GTX ONE Kit, which does not grab the stars from the sky, but certainly will find its customers vapers looking for a compact stealth device with traditional atomizer seating.

General Data

Vaporesso GTX ONE Kit is a compact starter kit that consists of a small box mod with built-in medium capacity battery that runs a proprietary chip, and a small tank on interchangeable vaporizers. The box mod is made in a fairly simple, but at the same time ergonomic body, which is very easy to use. The device works under the control of a proprietary chipset, thanks to which the vaper can use the device in several modes. The tank is from a fairly simple series, but it is able to please the vaper with its taste and quite a tight draw. Vaporesso GTX ONE Kit can be purchased in six versions black, silver, red-black, silver-blue, black-green and pink-silver.

Kit

It is worth paying tribute to Vaporesso, which completed the new starter kit quite decently. So in the box the vaper will find:

GTX ONE box mod;

GTX TANK 18 atomizer;

GTX8 “Omega vaporizer; MESH Coil (pre-installed);

GTX2 “Omega vaporizer; MESH Coil;

Oring Set;

Spare 2ml glass;

USB Type-C cable for charging;

Warranty card;

User’s Manual.

GTX ONE box mod

Vaporesso has been very active lately and has released a lot of interesting devices, especially POD systems and submods. But at the same time the company decided not to forget about vapers who prefer traditional box mods and tanks, so the GTX ONE Kit starter kit was released. We cannot say that it is a revolutionary device, but it will certainly please the vapers who prefer low-power mods and tanks with a rather tight cigarette puff.

It is a stealth mod because the size of Vaporesso GTX ONE Kit with the tank is 127.5*29.3*22.7 mm. The design is quite simple and uncomplicated, but that is why the device sits perfectly in your hand, both left and right. The housing is made of zinc alloy with a soft plastic coating with notches, so the device does not slip. The seat pad for the atomizer is small and designed for installation of tanks and droppers with diameter up to 20 mm.

The maximum power of Vaporesso GTX ONE Kit is 40 watts, and it is provided by the built-in 2000 mAh battery, which is not too bad for a device designed to use vaporizers with high resistance. The battery is charged via USB Type-C connector located on the front panel with 2A current (full charging time is about an hour).

The device is equipped with a proprietary chipset that allows you not only to get the power of 40 watts, but also to use it in varivatta and smartwatts mode (optimal power is determined by the chipset depending on the vaporizer resistance). The device is equipped with a 0.69 inch monochrome display, where you can find all the necessary information for the vaper vaporizer resistance, power, battery level.

GTX TANK 18 Atomizer

Considering that Vaporesso GTX ONE Mod is quite a compact box mod, GTX TANK 18 tank was specially designed for it. The key feature of the tank is its small size and 19,3 mm seat diameter. At the same time the tank is originally designed for MTL inhalation, so it is equipped with a traditional pedal-format drip-type.

GTX TANK 18 is designed to use GTX Series vaporizers, with two GTX 0.8 “Omega; MESH Coil and GTX 1.2 “Omega; MESH Coil. There are also two other types of vaporizers available on the standard 1.2 ohm coil and the 0.6 ohm mesh. It’s hard to say whether you can install an RBA base in the tank, but if you can, you should keep in mind that the maximum power of the device is only 40 watts.

GTX TANK 18 atomizer has an airflow control, which is realized by means of five small holes, closing which you can set the optimal airflow mode. It is worth to say that with all open holes you can get a draw similar to DTL, and with one almost traditional tight cigarette.

To fill the tank you need to unscrew the top cap and fill up 2 or 3 ml of the liquid depending on the set glass.

Conclusions and impressions

Vaporesso GTX ONE Kit is not going to revolutionize vaping, but it can please every vaping enthusiast with its compact size, great taste and maximum ease of use. The fact that this starter kit will find its buyer is no doubt, because the developers have done everything to ensure that the vaper gets a simple and reliable device.
