Review of  Skill Mod SvoëMesto & VapersMD

In today’s article, we will get acquainted with a new product that has not yet been announced, the Skill mechanical mod.

The Skill mechanical mod got its name from the Skill RDA dripper that was released a long time ago, that’s understandable. The design of the device is made in a very restrained style, but is replete with various bends for a more comfortable hold. The mod is available for purchase in three body colors: black, brass and steel.

In this case, two metals act as the body material: brass and stainless steel. On the website from which these photos were borrowed, copper is also listed, from which, apparently, the black version of the Skill is made. But, again, this data may be unreliable.

In terms of dimensions, our new product today turned out to be not too big, but standard, to some extent. box vape Thus, the height of the mod pipe together with the button is about 94 mm, and the diameter is 25 mm. Both 25mm and 24mm atomizers will look equally good on the mechanical mod due to the minimal rounding on the device connector.

As for the Skill connector, it is, logically, hybrid. There is a serial number, a device logo and a proud inscription “Made in Germany”. Hence the conclusion that the SvoëMesto company is responsible for the quality of the mod.

The device received support for three types of batteries at once: 20700, 20650 and 18650. Two adapters are used for compatibility with the latter format. The first is made of plastic and compensates for the lack of diameter of the 18650 battery.

The second adapter has the functionality of adjusting the height of the battery and is installed directly into the button. In this case, the pin that touches the battery can be either long or short. It all depends on the power element installed inside.

As for perhaps the most important element of any mechanical mod (the button), its design is quite simple. The circuit is closed directly inside the button using a pusher and a pin that contacts the battery. In other words, we have constant contact, which will allow you not to worry about black dots, at least on the batteries. The lee spring in the Skill button is quite large and it is made, apparently, of plastic.
