Review of Disposable FOF NEBULA 4000

In the text below, I will try the NEBULA line of disposable electronic cigarettes for 4000 puffs from the FOF Company and share my impressions.

NEBULA packaging

Disposable drinks with the ability to recharge the built-in FOF NEBULA battery are packaged in fairly compact cardboard boxes of a unique color for each taste. As expected, there are no controls on the one-timer. The device turns on with your inhalation and turns off after the end of the puff. The indication of operability is indicated by a single LED in the base, located just next to the charging port.

The charging current is quite modest, 0.5 Ampere on an empty battery and slightly less after partially filling it with energy. But the connector format is quite advanced – USB Type-C, for which the manufacturer gets a plus in his karma.

Inside each disposable device there is a battery containing a reactive alkali metal – lithium. Such batteries should not be thrown away with household waste, but should be taken for recycling or special disposal.

I tasted several flavors.

FOF NEBULA – COLA

The aroma, surprisingly, is very decent and similar to real soda, moderately sweet. Perhaps without the characteristic sensation of “bubbles”. The taste resembles a real drink a little less, it is a little dry when inhaling, and then more reminiscent of jelly candies. The cola taste is moderately cool and pleasantly sweet, and the aftertaste is not annoying. Overall rating: good, but not perfect.

FOF NEBULA – RAINBOW CANDY

The smell is candy-like and pleasant, with a base of icing sugar and light hints of fruit in the background. The taste is light and unobtrusive, ideal in concentration for daily vaping, slightly cool when exhaling and soft when inhaling. The sensation of vaping is very similar to the slow and purposeful consumption of sea pebbles sweets, only without the raisins inside. It’s simply impossible to tear yourself away, even despite the almost completely absent aftertaste.

FOF NEBULA – BULL

The aroma of the energy drink is easily recognizable; it is characteristic and powerful immediately after opening the package and a little softer after the start of vaping. The taste is pleasant, moderately cold on the inhale and barely sour in a deep puff. The main taste sensations begin during exhalation – slightly bitter guarana, something sour, vaguely similar to orange and pineapple at the same time, pleasantly sweet and completely without coffee overtones. The finish is cool and long, with a slight candy-mint aftertaste. The second contender for entry into the top best flavors in the line.

FOF NEBULA – MOJITO

The smell is not at all like a mojito, there are mint and lime tones, but they don’t add up to a cocktail, although they are quite pleasant in essence. The inhale begins with a bright sour note, followed by a watery cocktail base, and only as the inhale ends and the exhale begins does the rest of the drink appear. With the exception of alcoholic ones, there are none here at all. The finish is limey and slightly cool, long and juicy. The overall impression is airy and fleeting, which will be good for tired receptors, especially with regular and frequent vaping.

FOF NEBULA – PINEAPPLE

I won’t write much about pineapple, simply because it is a high-quality fruity monotaste, without any special distinctive features. Cool, slightly sour, slightly sweet. Without extraneous sensations during exhalation and with a long aftertaste.

Personal impressions

First of all, I liked the NEBULA line due to its external design – the move away from “felt-tip pens” towards an individual and unique body shape was clearly beneficial. The device is comfortable to hold in your hand, the plastic is lightweight, and the abstract sticker on the side adds individuality. The taste is at a decent level, the tightening force is not adjustable, but it is made in such a way that it is suitable for most vapers. But the amount of steam may upset fans of large clouds – here it is quite modest.
