Review of Eleaf Oppo RTA

Simultaneously with the first drip, Eleaf presented their new serviceable tank, which I will tell you about today. It is intended primarily for beginners, due to its simplicity and accessibility. The new product is called Oppo RTA.

Eleaf Oppo RTA

As with most of its devices, Eleaf saves on design and makes its device as simple as possible, because the company is primarily aimed at beginners. Outwardly, it does not stand out at all, except that the evaporation chamber occupies almost the entire space under the glass. canadian vape shop mississauga The diameter of the tank is only 22 mm and the height is 49.5, from which we can conclude that the tank is very compact and will fit any box mod.

Eleaf Oppo RTA

When disassembled, the tank does not present anything interesting, from which we can immediately conclude that this is an excellent option for beginners. The only thing worth paying attention to is the base.

Under the dome hides the usual Velocity base, whose performance characteristics they decided not to disclose, but apparently the holes are 2×3 mm in size, I don’t think they will be wider. It is quite suitable for kleptons or small fuses, from which we can conclude that a good taste transfer can be achieved. I really like the implementation of the airflow; it is wider in the center and slightly narrower on the sides, thanks to which you can achieve almost perfectly uniform airflow of the spirals. But I can’t say anything about the liquid supply holes, since you need to hold the device in your hands.

The tank volume will be 2 ml, which is not so much, but two huge top filling holes reduce this minus to nothing. The knurling on the tank lid will add a little comfort, and it will make refueling even easier. The drip tip is apparently 510, so use the supplied one, or whatever you have. My choice would definitely fall on anything other than steel.

What can I say about the tank in the end? If everything is in order with the liquid supply, which I know nothing about, then I would say wrap two. The price is simply ridiculous, and the design is incredibly simple and clear. The evaporation chamber is small, and the spherical treatment and 510 drip tip, coupled with uniform bottom airflow, can produce an unrealistic flavor profile. Even without testing, I would without a doubt buy this tank. Its only drawback is the complete lack of design, but if you care about functionality, this is your choice.
